I’m a seasoned clinical therapist who works with adults experiencing anxiety and mood symptoms that limit their life. Typical issues for my clients include difficulty negotiating relationships at work and personally, often accompanied by a sense that their emotional experience of life is too intense for others. They struggle to change dysfunctional patterns of thinking and doing. They've never looked at their thoughts and feelings as centers of intelligence that can help them develop reality-based expectations of self, others and life.
