I am a seasoned psychotherapist with experience in both Mental Health (inpatient & outpatient) and Medical at BIDMC. In my practice, I seek to provide an environment that enables thoughts and feelings to be put into words. For many, talking is the best cure. I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with diagnoses and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. As well as issues with self-esteem, feelings of isolation, grief, relationship issues, and life stage transitions. Therapy is a journey. Its a process.
