For the past 25 + years, I have been committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate personal challenges and strive to make positive changes in their lives. Many of the people I work with are experiencing stress related to personal, career, academic, or family transitions. Others may be coping with anxiety, depression, loneliness, or conflicts in important relationships. My goal is to listen carefully and provide meaningful feedback and support so that clients rediscover their strength and find effective solutions to life's often complex challenges.
