I treat a wide variety of issues including depression, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, adjustment challenges and life transitions. I entered into the field of counseling in order to enrich the daily lives of people, to help them develop more satisfying interpersonal relationships, assist them with the obstacles they face in life, and guide them toward making the changes they desire to accomplish their goals. I have diversified experience, working with people of all ages, from a variety of backgrounds and I currently treat a broad population of clients across the lifespan. I am passionate about working with grieving individuals and have extensive experience in this field. In my practice I utilize a client-centered treatment approach that is suited to each client’s specific needs.
