As a therapist with an eclectic approach and 18 years of experience, I am dedicated to providing personalized and effective mental health care. I draw from various evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral, psychodynamic, and strengths based therapies to tailor treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs. My goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, improve their mental well-being, and live fulfilling lives.
