About
We all need someone, sometime and for some reason. Looking for a therapist can be overwhelming at times and it may also provide a sense of ease since you are taking the first step in making the changes you want to see in your life. Struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, or experiencing illness within the family, I want you to know I am here to support you. In our work together we will explore the obstacles, challenges, and triumphs in your life and learn how they inform who you are today. Then, focus on your strengths as a foundation for growth using mindfulness to build a toolkit for transformation. Grief and loss can show up in numerous ways. I work diligently using mindfulness, sensorimotor psychotherapy (body experiencing) and take a trauma informed approach. I believe in the mind/body continuum as an avenue for processing life experiences. The mind and body are powerful alone, but when you unite them, this is where transformation can begin.
