I am licensed Clinical Social worker, LCSW, in the state of Florida. My mission is to assist you on your journey with whatever you are looking for. Whether it is to improve your communication skills, coping skills, mood stability, trauma resolution and/or individual and unique problematic concerns. The first step to reach out can cause anxiety and hesitancy which are all normal and to be expected. I look forward to navigating your path to success. My approach to helping you is unique. My interventions are evidenced based. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy-DBT. In addition, trained in EMDR Therapy.
