I specialize in supporting adults and neurodivergent individuals—including veterans—through an integrative, evidence-based approach to healing and personal growth. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
