I focus on working with ADHD, trauma, and autism, helping clients build emotional regulation skills, strengthen self-awareness, and develop strategies that foster resilience, confidence, and meaningful connection. My goal is to help clients not only manage challenges but create sustainable, transformative change—empowering them to live with greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
