Welcome! I'm glad you are here. My desire is to provide a space that is a safe and welcoming environment for you to process your past and present struggles, while also striving to help you reach your goals. My hope is that I can create a space where you can talk and feel heard. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, anger issues, and ADHD. I have spent a majority of my career working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. View 7 Photos My counseling approach is integrated and combines different approaches, such as, -Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma Themes, CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), TF-CBT(Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. ​
