I’ve spent 25 years working in the mental health field. I know firsthand that change is possible — not because I read it in a textbook, but because I’ve done it myself. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and practical. We’ll laugh when it’s right, and sit with the hard stuff when it is needed, and you will learn new skills you can apply in real life.
