What issues are you struggling with that if you figured it out, it would change your life? As a seasoned mental health professional with over 25 years in the field, I have supported individuals with life challenges by providing a safe space to process traumatic life events, mental health, and substance use challenges, and recover from loss and grief. I have worked with children, families, couples and individuals of all ages. In the last 5 years I have focused on military veterans, adults 40 and over, individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, and navigating life transitions.
