My ideal clients are women, couples, and families who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. They may be managing burnout, work stress, anxiety, depression, people pleasing, or boundary fatigue. Couples often face repeated conflict, emotional distance, trust injuries, or uncertainty about staying or leaving. Families may struggle with conflict, transitions, and strained connections, including parenting stress with children/teens (5+) who are neurodivergent or have behavioral/emotional needs. They want relief, clarity, healthier patterns, and relationships that feel safe, supportive, and lasting.
