I have counseled clients with addictions and trauma successfully for over 30 years. I also specialize in teaching clients’ new ways to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and more. I feel strongly that we have within ourselves the ability to heal and that with some guidance and tools, we can find creative solutions to our own problems and use these problems as motivation to improve. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I think it's very important to meet the client where they currently are in their journey and work from that point. I believe that everyone deserves respect and compassion as well as the opportunity to have added support when needed. My approach combines transpersonal, cognitive behavioral and client centered counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
