I enjoy working with clients of all ages with a wide range of concerns. I place a strong emphasis on the therapist-client relationship because I believe this is the key to creating meaningful and lasting change. I work from a person-centered approach that allows me to support clients while they create their own change at their own pace. I have experience working with a broad range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. My goal in therapy is to support clients in becoming the best version of themselves, one step at a time.
