My ideal client is a woman who appears capable, grounded, and high-functioning on the outside, yet internally feels exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of herself in ways that are difficult to name. Many are navigating burnout, relationship changes, motherhood, or identity shifts, while carrying long-standing expectations to remain strong, responsible, and emotionally contained. She may feel tired of holding everything together and is seeking a space where her experience can be understood in context, without minimizing her emotional reality or over-pathologizing her responses.
