You wake up, and before you even open your eyes, you’re already dreading the day ahead. The endless stream of racing thoughts picks up right where it left off last night. You avoid looking at your to-do list but know what it says. It’s the same as every day: cleaning, cooking, errands, job, bills, kids, husband, life. Just thinking about it makes your chest tighten and your palms sweat. All day, you struggle just to arrive home exhausted, barely having made a dent in your list. You’re miserable, but you smile and fake it for your family. As you collapse in bed, you wonder how you’ll do it all again tomorrow. This can’t go on.
