With the guidance and support of a compassionate and candid confidant, individuals can learn to live purposefully, foster authenticity, overcome unproductive patterns, and cultivate a sense of pride in their personal achievements. When we honor ourselves, life simply feels better. I typically work with adults and couples who suffer with anxiety and depression, stress, trauma, relationship communication and boundaries, and chronic pain/illness. I have certification and training in DBT, CBT, ACT, EFT, Somatic Experiencing and ART that allow me to tailor my approach and take a broad perspective when assessing your unique needs.
