Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy, services at Deep Breaths Counseling are personable, collaborative, and rewarding. Taking the time to understand, empathize and evaluate your concerns, is the first step in our process. We will start where you are and game plan from there. Andrew is a Licensed Professional Counselor & a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certified by AASP. Andrew and his team believe everyone has the power to be who they have always wanted to be and makes it their purpose to get people there. DBC has a unique team dedicated to you and your care.
