It is a beautiful thing to sit with another and provide empathetic listening and compassion. I provide open and honest reflections and I ask for the same from those that share space and time with me. Curiosity and compassion makes the space I share with others incredibly sacred. My therapy is rooted in understanding and growth and I believe that the therapist and client can grow together and learn from one another. I truly look forward to meeting you! First and foremost, I believe I can help by being present and engaged. I want my space to feel safe to you and I want to provide authenticity, helpful thoughts, and perspective on what client's might be struggling with. My specialities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reframing and Challenging, and Behavior Modification, and elements of body work.
