Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit matters, especially during seasons of life that feel emotionally tender or overwhelming. Therapy with me offers a warm, compassionate space where you can feel truly seen, understood, and supported. While parenthood can be deeply meaningful and joyful, it can also surface past trauma, grief, anxiety, and relational strain. Many of the individuals I work with find themselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of themselves as they adjust to pregnancy, postpartum life, fertility challenges, or the ongoing balance between caregiving and self-care. Together, we create space to slow down, bring curiosity to your experiences and develop a steadier relationship with yourself during these profound transitions. I draw from Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, and Emotion-Focused frameworks, blending evidence-based care with a warm, mind–body perspective.
