Being a human can be complicated- we experience joy, pain, grief - we hold moments of connection, & hurts that may need healing. As a therapist, I have the honor of walking alongside you, hearing your stories, learning how to support you in processing your life, & being with you in your humanity. As a social worker, I take a systems informed approach to my work. Our lives don't exist in a vacuum- we are all interconnected. Events in our communities, intuitions, our climate/environment, the world at large can and do impact our lives. Your feelings and experiences with the above are invited to take up space in my therapy room. The clients who I best support are adults of all identities, with a specialty in Queer/Trans individuals. I enjoy working with folks on topics such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, gender & sexual identity exploration, shame, perfectionism, creating & sustaining boundaries, self-esteem and self-worth concerns, climate change/disaster anxiety.
