I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience. I specialize in trauma but treat other cases as well. My approach to therapy is eclectic, as no two cases are the same. I utilize EMDR, Somatic exercises, and Trauma Focused CBT for trauma cases. I also use CBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. I work with all age groups, as we all experience trauma in our lives. I’m very practical in my approach. You can expect direct communication with compassion. Most clients say it’s easy to talk to me and I make them feel comfortable and understood.
