I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor in Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina, with 20 years of experience. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and client centered approach. I have served as a rape crisis counselor, foster care therapist, and crisis response counselor. I hold certifications as a sexual violence and domestic violence advocate. Other areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; PTSD treatment, depression and anxiety, stress management, ADHD, grief and loss issues, veterans needs and issues. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
