Finding the right counselor to help facilitate that change is crucial. I provide an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors while finding ways to create positive change. I work with my clients to build a strong therapeutic bond so you feel comfortable and empowered during sessions. I specialize in grief and end of life issues. In addition to my speciality areas I also have experience helping those with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and trauma. I work with couples and individuals age 16 and older.
