Sometimes our brain feels like all the files are open, things are on fire, and papers are everywhere and we’re not sure where to even start. You’re here at that start! I like to think of therapy as sort of our time to do “self-audit” and take a moment to zoom out at what’s happening in our lives and make sure we’re going the direction we planned and if figuring out what turns we need to make. My aim is to create a space where you can feel fully yourself-supported, understood, and empowered. Whether it’s feelings of depression, anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles, I’m here to help you navigate back to yourself.
