My goal is to help you create deeper wells of safety, strength, and joy through non-judgmental understanding of yourself and your environments, and exploring new patterns, experiences, and meanings. This can support you in changing, coping, and thriving where you want to. I approach my work with humility, respect, and a genuine desire to connect. I see therapy as a way to help ourselves navigate the complex web of personal, social, and relational dynamics that shape our lives. These dynamics can be helpful and harmful, and are often interlocking and rooted in ways we have learned to keep ourselves safe and find our joy.
