I am excited to tell you about myself! If you are a teen or an adult, I would like to be a part of your journey towards making changes and understanding yourself better. I have a passion for working with individuals who are experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mood disorders, life transitions, and grief/loss. As a therapist, I have additional training to supporting individuals through the full spectrum of the reproductive journey—from the challenges of trying to conceive to the complexities of postpartum adjustment. Navigating the path to parenthood can be filled with emotional highs and lows.
