My ideal clients are adults and couples in Michigan (Farmington Hills+ telehealth) healing from trauma/PTSD, betrayal trauma, anxiety, grief, and women's emotional or reproductive mental health concerns. Many feel hypervigilant, numb, ashamed, or stuck after infidelity, medical trauma, postpartum shifts, or repeated relationship patterns. They want a calm, grounded therapist who takes their story seriously and offers structure: EMDR-informed processing, somatic nervous-system regulation, attachment work, and Gottman-informed repair. Goals: steadier mood, clear boundaries, self-trust, and safer connection with steady care.
