Welcome to Pelican Health & Counseling, where we focus on supporting individuals, couples, and families through various challenges and transitions. I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in family relationship therapy and individual counseling. My counseling approach is rooted in brain-based, solution-focused, and narrative treatment modalities. I provide a safe space where individuals can explore their internal and external worlds to identify areas for change.
