Over the past nine years I have worked in medical social work and inpatient psychiatric facilities. I have experience working with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, stress, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. I am a strength-based therapist, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and person-centered approaches.
