Hi, I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I’m really passionate about helping people find healing and growth through connection and conversation. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University and my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Child Development from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I’ve had the privilege of working in community mental health with children, teens, young adults, and families. I’ve also worked in a non-profit setting supporting youth and families who have experienced complex trauma.
