Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, grief, addiction, or just feeling plain lost, I personally understand how overwhelming and painful it can feel. I have experience working with teens ages 15+, adults, families and couples and have evening availability for those who need after work or after school times. Often times we seek immediate relief from painful emotions and situations, which is where I teach clients the coping skills needed. Otherwise, I will simply hold space for you to show up authentically and feel safe bearing your emotions to another human, which is where the real magic happens.
