My passion is working with those who have experienced trauma, marginalization and discrimination, disassociation, burnout or stress, and identity questions. If you don’t fit into these experiences, but would like to reach out, please do! Research shows that the client-counselor relationship is one of the most important factors to affect healing and I’m happy to meet anyone with that goal in mind. The loneliness and disconnection from ourselves that we experience can be overwhelming. Sometimes it is hard to know where to begin when we feel stuck, fragmented, or far away.
