I collaborate with clients by combining mind-focused approaches like EMDR and Parts Work with body-based methods like Somatics and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to help build a felt sense of safety, identify and heal limiting beliefs that block peace, and unlock the meaning and joy that exists within us all.
