Good therapy should, at its core, feel like talking with a friend – and that’s the kind of therapist I strive to be for my clients. The relationship with you is what I value, more than anything, when it comes to this work. Therapy is a two-way street and the best results are achieved when you are in the driver’s seat. Sometimes in life we need someone to help us figure out where we are on the map and help us get where we want to go. I want to be that person for my clients.
