I believe therapy is a learning process for both the person receiving therapy and the person providing it. Everyone has a story and a narrative of themselves that they carry with them, wherever they go. My focus is on the tension of identity and social norms of the world. I take an interest in exploring themes and meanings with those I provide therapy to, with the stories and narratives that people share. This process would occur in a space where you will be accepted and your experiences acknowledged and considered seriously in relation to your overarching goals of finding solace in challenging times by weaving a new thread.
