I’d love to explore about what honoring your authentic self looks like for you. Maybe you feel stuck second-guessing yourself—you want more confidence, more connection, but it feels out of reach. I’d be honored to walk alongside you in a safe space and talk about how to navigate the noise and to go after what you want without compromising your values. Working together we’ll discuss embodiment practices, tools for awareness, unpack mind-body patterns to create the foundations for meaningful change, joy and authenticity. I'm first gen Romanian-American and I deeply value culturally sensitive therapy that will respect all parts of you.
