Positive change is achievable when you have a supportive and understanding guide. Life can bring uncertainty, stress, and obstacles that feel overwhelming, and seeking help is often the first step toward clarity and growth. With 25 years of counseling experience, including several years as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have helped adolescents and adults navigate challenges, build resilience, and create more fulfilling, balanced lives. In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties. The first counseling session serves as both an introduction and an initial assessment. Along with establishing rapport, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, presenting concerns, and desired outcomes. This time allows for gathering relevant personal and clinical background information to inform treatment planning.
