Most of us, including mental health professionals, just want to experience peace and contentment in life. However, the journey of life presents us with obstacles and detours; with perseverance, we can find the way. This path involves mindfulness, self-reflection and various practices that help us navigate life's ups and downs with greater resilience and serenity. My greatest experiences are helping individuals with interpersonal self-worth, relationships, life transitions, and/or addiction/recovery issues.
