My goal as a therapist is to provide evidence-based interventions, self-awareness, and skills specific to your situation to help guide you to a new place in life. I believe in utilizing an individualized and integrated approach to help you reach your full potential. I work with individuals who deal with a range of concerns and diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences (PTSD, sexual abuse, loss of loved one), relationship dissatisfaction, and chronic illness. Understanding how to support clients in learning how to face the challenges of life from a place of strength, compassion, & connection is key.
