You may be reading my profile because you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected — from others, from your goals, or even from yourself. Maybe you’re juggling the weight of trauma, people-pleasing, identity shifts, or relationship challenges while still trying to show up for everyone else. You might find yourself avoiding tasks, second-guessing your worth, or putting your own care at the very bottom of the list. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what brought you to therapy. You’ll have the space to share your concerns, questions, and goals, and I’ll ask some foundational questions to better understand your background, relationships, and the challenges you’re currently facing.
