I enjoy supporting individuals and couples who feel misunderstood or marginalized. I like helping people gain a better understanding of themselves and their patterns and how understanding themselves better can lead to positive changes and improved satisfaction in life. I find working with trauma, neuro-diversity, and relationship issues fascinating and I have a strong passion to help others. Some specialties I have include working with open relationships/polyamory, being sex positive and working with kink and BDSM, supporting psychedelic experiences with pre-medicine support and integration work, and working with the LGBT community. I am a Holistic therapist who likes to focus on healing an individual from all aspects including mind-body wellness. I bring an eclectic skill set of many different therapeutic approaches and orientations so that I can use different techniques to find the best tools and interventions to help and support whoever I am working with.
