As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) & Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC), I'm pretty awesome at inspiring change by empowering you, helping you identify strengths and celebrating your efforts. We work together, from a client-centered venue, to process, create goals and cultivate your ideal self. I specialize in addiction treatment and prevention education and I serve individuals and families on a broad spectrum of behavioral and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship impairments, co-occurring disorders and other issues that may be causing impairments in your life.
