I love to help clients trying manage their anxiety and help them develop skills to function as their best selves. I have a passion for working with survivors of trauma and helping them with the symptoms that derive from the trauma whether it be worrying, building confidence, rebuilding trust, setting healthy boundaries, identifying red flags, or gaining/maintaining relationships. I am here to provide a safe space and corrective experience for people who may have had negative experiences with male identifying people in the past. I aim to support adult men and women, people of color, members of the LGBT+ community, and couples.
