I am glad you are taking this first step and seeking support. I want to help support you with identifying, navigating, and addressing the problems in your life you feel are causing distress. As a licensed independent clinical social worker with a solution focused lens and strengths based approach I am trained to support and collaborate with you to make therapy a useful and productive space. I have worked on an acute psychiatric unit, in a primary care office, and as a counselor in a high school. I am experienced in working with clients of all ages and with various diagnoses/needs. I feel I bring a balance of patience, empathy, and honesty that gives a client the space to navigate the therapeutic process.
