I believe navigating life is a tremendous undertaking that we all go through as human beings to varying degrees. As we go about our busy days, we often don't realize that we've tripped over a rock, stumbled into a ditch, or even fallen into a deep well. Ideally, my job is to offer a helping hand as a compassionate counselor as you strive to get back up and continue moving forward. Coping skills are easily accessible these days via countless self-help resources that can be beneficial. However, finding someone that you can self-reflect with can often be the challenging part. This is where I attempt to fill the gap as best I can.
