My name is Dena Horne and I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I strive to honor the individuality, diversity, and complexity of each client to cultivate meaningful growth, resilience, and healing. I work as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist; however, sessions are tailored to each individual client. I often work with adults experiencing PTSD, trauma, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, depression, and substance use.
