For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of becoming a resource in thousands of people’s lives, which is a responsibility I hold with deep reverence. I approach each individual with profound respect for their unique layers and complexities, and I consider it a sacred process to gently witness and support their unfolding. This work has also been a mirror for my own growth, both spiritually and psychodynamically. Because of this, I understand that healing is not a quick fix, but a commitment. I’m passionate about helping people shift from patterns of limited thinking into a state of greater empowerment and self-compassion. In individual sessions, you can expect a collaborative experience. I guide with curiosity, gently exploring concepts that help uncover deeper truths and open space for healing. My approach integrates a range of powerful, cutting-edge modalities including hypnotherapy, parts work, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and cognitive restructuring.
