Through valued based & wellness living goal setting we can work together to help you make the meaningful changes you need in your life that honors you. I work with my clients to help envision what they want for themselves & assist them with achieving it. I work with those struggling with a variety of problems including trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety etc. to better manage & overcome life’s challenges. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor, Certified Clinical Military Counselor & EMDR trained.
